Sports Performance
Whether it’s speed, strength, agility, injury prevention & rehabilitation or overall conditioning, bodyco has proven programs and techniques that will make you a better athlete. All of our athletes are evaluated and then given personalized programs based upon their age, gender, sport, muscular weaknesses and structural imbalances. These programs will continually change and evolve based on the athlete’s improvements and time of year. You will get stronger at bodyco. You will get faster. You will get quicker. You will become a better athlete. A separate monthly fee is required for this class.
