The name says it all. If you think you have what it takes to push yourself beyond your limits, there’s only one way to find out – experience this training program. We utilize many training modalities during this hour-long session of pure, full-body intensity: lifting, core, anaerobic, agility, plyometric, explosiveness and sheer gut-wrenching training. Each session is held on the weight room floor and is conducted as if it were a private, one-on-one personal training session. And at the end, only one question will remain. Will you survive to come back for round two?
