Run Club
Looking to get in a little extra cardio at the end of the day and need some motivation? This class is the one for you! Each class will start with a dynamic warm-up to make sure you’re ready to go and end with a cool down for muscle recovery. You MUST be able to run at least a mile comfortably to ensure you are ready for this class. Class will start at bodyco and will be running around local neighborhoods and bike paths to build up endurance for your next race or to just burn off some extra energy at the end of the day!
