We’ve clashed the best of rowing and circuit training to provide one incredible class. Each class will consist of numerous stations, always incorporating the rowers, but you’ll also rotate among other free weights, body weights and core moves. Number of stations, amount of time at each station and the exact exercise will always change from week to week. Rowing requires every muscle group in your body to perform, without the stress on bones and joints, while circuit training improves mobility, strength and stamina. Together these two concepts will provide one fantastic workout!
