Boot Camp
A total body workout that incorporates traditional callisthenic and bodyweight exercises with interval and strength training. Various pieces of equipment will be used including, weights, stability balls, medicine balls, steps, and bands. Classes are held indoors and outside depending on the weather and can include dragging sleds and flipping tires. The variety of exercises and instructor styles insures that no two classes are the same, and that every class feels new and exciting. You’ll be guaranteed to receive the benefit of a 60-minute experience in the convenience of 45-minutes. All fitness levels welcome.
