Better Booty Boot Camp
This Boot Camp routine is made with the purpose of burning a high amount of calories in a short period of time . Specifically targeting the butt and legs, this Booty Boot Camp is designed to burn fat, tone, and shape your lower half. This program works by using the large muscles in the legs to burn off calories quickly to help you drop extra fat content. This helps to slim down the legs, hips and butt. As an added bonus, many of these moves are dynamic enough that they also engage the core muscles (abs, lower back, obliques) as well.

Boot Camp
A total body workout that incorporates traditional callisthenic and bodyweight exercises with interval and strength training. Various pieces of equipment will be used including, weights, stability balls, medicine balls, steps, and bands. Classes are held indoors and outside depending on the weather and can include dragging sleds and flipping tires. The variety of exercises and instructor styles insures that no two classes are the same, and that every class feels new and exciting. You’ll be guaranteed to receive the benefit of a 60-minute experience in the convenience of 45-minutes. All fitness levels welcome.

The only way to be in the best shape is to have access to the best routines. Burn develops its routines by utilizing any and all of the equipment inside and outside of bodyco. If we don’t have what it’s going to take to get you into shape, we will find it. This is a non-stop hour of cardio (minus the boring cardio equipment) and weights all blended together for a functional training experience we call Burn.

Are you ready to combine spinning and core conditioning into one class? Pedal through various drills, climb hills, sprint and then push through challenging combinations that target and tone your entire core. You will burn lots of calories, achieve leaner core muscles and obtain superior strength and stability. Cycle/Core is the answer for spinning enthusiasts who love to ride but also need a total core workout in a short amount of time.

Cycle N’ Strength
Combine the high energy, music pumping atmosphere of cycle while you speed down straight-aways, climb hills, and sprint, with a lifting program that will to help maximize your caloric expenditures, achieve leaner muscles and obtain superior strength.

Fit-n-Flex Boot Camp
Sculpt slim, sexy arms with this great 45 min workout. Each class is designed in terms of push and pull exercises. Push exercises generally work your chest, shoulders, and triceps muscles. Pull exercises will generally hit your back (lats) and your biceps. The combination or the two will insure that you are rockin’ your favorite sleeveless tank by the end of summer!

HIIT Interval Training
This is a timed interval resistance training workout will shock your nervous system and boost your metabolism. In this intense resistance workout you can expect to use your own body weight, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, bands, medicine balls, sandbags, sleds, or anything else you can carry, drag, throw that resist against or that resists against you. Great thing about it, it’s only 45 minutes.

Saturday Slaughter
The name says it all. If you think you have what it takes to push yourself beyond your limits, there’s only one way to find out – experience this training program. We utilize many training modalities during this hour-long session of pure, full-body intensity: lifting, core, anaerobic, agility, plyometric, explosiveness and sheer gut-wrenching training. Each session is held on the weight room floor and is conducted as if it were a private, one-on-one personal training session. And at the end, only one question will remain. Will you survive to come back for round two?
