Welcome to FitStart
Two of the most important components to long term fitness are measurement and accountability. To better serve our growing bodyco client base, we developed the FitStart program to do exactly that: measure your fitness level, track your progress, and motivate you to stay committed to fitness for the long term.
Our four step program works as follows…
Step 1 – ASSESS
Your initial FitStart assessment will include body measurements as well as cardiovascular and musculoskeletal evaluations to determine your current fitness level. This will serve as a baseline for measuring your progress.
Step 2 – CUSTOMIZE
Using your FitStart baseline, bodyco will customize a fitness and nutrition program designed to address your specific goals and maximize progress. Whether you are working one-on-one with a personal trainer, in group classes, or simply working out on your own, you will have a customized fitness program to guide you through your fitness journey.
Step 3 – EXECUTE
Sounds easy, right?! We know that hard work takes motivation and accountability. Our personal trainers will be there every step of the way to encourage you, pick you up when you are down, and give you that occasional kick in the ass!
Step 4 – REPEAT
Each quarter we will evaluate your progress, compare your results to your baseline, and modify your fitness program in order to keep you motivated and on track.
Here’s how youget started
Within one week of starting any bodyco fitness program we will schedule your first FitStart assessment. This initial meeting will provide you with an opportunity to better understand all that bodyco has to offer and give us the opportunity to better understand how bodyco can help you achieve your fitness goals.
Prior to your scheduled assessment you will asked to complete a brief questionnaire that will provide bodyco with a basic understanding of your health and fitness history. Your on-site physical assessment will take place in our private assessment room and will last approximately 45 minutes.
